Chief Executive Officer of RESISTANT INC. CONSTRUCTIONS took over the company over three decades ago from Olivieri A. J. his father.

Resistant Inc. is one of the world's largest companies in the concrete form construction business, as well as the premier supplier of formwork systems. Over 40 years ago as a new business, Resistant Inc supplied forms - thousands of them. Today we co-produce and ship over 10 million forms a year and over 100,000 aluminum concrete forms and formwork. 

It started in 1976 when Olivieri, a man with extensive knowledge of the construction industry, chose to pursue the American Dream. He left long and successful careers, one a Vice President of Sales and the other a product design and housing construction expert, knowing he could do a better job.
